I placed an order on a Thursday night. The order was delivered Saturday morning. That is how efficient their company is. The price is not cheaper nor more expensive than my local pet stores, but it saved me a trip down there. Especially since I have to carry a large bag of cat food everytime.

I liked the selection of high-quality product and the prices.

I haven't received the dog food yet, but it was worth it not to have to go the store to buy it.

This service is great - I have the foods for my pets selected and set up on the regular delivery cycle. The only hitch has been that I selected that my order NOT be shipped right away (I still have plenty of food for both animals), but it was shipped the next day. Here is to hoping it stays fresh.

I was drawn to this company for the specialty food I needed for my dog with allergies. I love the convenience of automatically ordering and having it delivered to my front door. I didn't estimate the right time exactly on the deliveries, however. The first order was too early, which they gladly and conveniently pushed out for me. I didn't hear from them again until that order shipped. It would have been better to have an email that reviewed and addressed the modified ship dates and said "you have chosen to modify your delivery time to every 6 weeks instead of the original 4 weeks. This shipment is now ready to ship and the next scheduled ship date is set for…". I hadn't added the projected delivery date to my calendar because I had received an email before and thought I would receive one again before the order went out. I am also not positive if that changed future orders or just that one. I would have liked the opportunity to review the order one last time before it shipped because my dog got into the great bag and ate all of the special treats unexpectedly. I would have added that back to the order. I had treats in the original delivery, but when we pushed it out two weeks it seemed like we weren't going to need more treats yet so I removed them from the delivery.
