One of my small bags of cat food (the most expensive at $21.99 for seven pounds) was open and spilling into the box. It was not torn or poked during shipping. It was open at the top like you would open it at home. I did not like this and hope it doesn't happen again.

delivery was really quick which is great but prices are still a little high on the Royal Canin dog food I ordered.

I would recommend PetFlow to a friend but not without a few warnings. The website is not very user friendly and the methodology for changing orders and adjusting delivery schedules is not intuitive. Also, sometimes the product / product description that I ordered did not exactly match the product delivered.

The deliveries have been timely and the web site easy to use. We don't have to drive to the Vet, but we're really only saving the gas money. Wish prices were a bit better here.

The type of food and treats I feed my dogs are not sold in local chain stores and I live way out in the country. Petflow allows me to feed my dogs the quality they deserve without having to drive 2 hours one way to a specialty pet store!

You carry the brand that I trust to feed our members of the family. Price and sellection are reasonable, but I do not and will not go on a auto delivery. I compare every time I buy, I need to in these finacial difficult times. Your company is relentless with a free $6.00 added to my account good on any auto ship item. STOP! I have just unsubscribed from your emails because if it. I know that you hook a fair sum of people who have been dumbed down by society. I do not watch television or read liberal jornalism. I am a self thinking person able to decide for myself. No more.
