Delivery schedule is great. It would be better if as a customer with an ongoing delivery order, free shipping was offered. I would be more inclined to order more items. Also, the cat items aren't as extensive as I'd hope but having the canned food delivered on time is working.

Petflow is very convenient. I love having it deleivered to my door. It's great not to have to make a special trip to a pet food store to get my cat's food. They eat special food that the grocery store doesn't have. Petflow is also cheaper than than Petco.

I love using the site. Easy to maneuver and the prices are very reasonable. I am still waiting on part of an order that I am concerned I will need to call customer service about. I like to avoid those things.

I am so glad I found a servcie like this. Itwas saved me a tremendous amount of time since the nearest pet store is an hour away. I have my Great Dane's food on auto ship every three weeks. I wish I could rate 5 stars but the problem I am having is not directly with PetFlow but the shippig company they use. Several shipments have been delayed because the shipping company cannot always find my house. PetFlow is lacking 100% customer service from beginning to end because of this.

I am so pleased with the helpful service folks at PETFLO.I am very happy to no longer have to lug the heavy forty pounds of dog food home. I do wish that the box would be placed on my front porch instead of being left out in the rain.

They deliver fairly close to on time every time and the food is always right. They forgot to deliver one item one time in the past two years. I'll consider that a success.

I am very concerned over the two bags of TOTW that I just purchased that appear to be on the recall list for Diamond foods....production code numbers match : ( Other than that, delivery was good and product arrived undamaged.

this really takes the hassle out of buying pet food, and I never have to worry about running out. I love the notifications and the chance to delay the shipment. The box is so heavy, however. My mailman left it propped on the garage door one time - she did not want to take it up the front steps....of course it got run over, as we did not see it when we pulled in.... Also - twice now the treats I get with the food have arrived crushed and broken. This is not working and I need to cancel the treats.
