Love the ease of ordering, scheduling, changing orders and schedules.... not to mention the convenience of having my dog food shipped direct to my doorstep. But with the recent dog food recalls, I had to hear about it from a friend, not from my pet food source. That was disappointing. Especially since 3 out of 4 of my recent bags of food are in the recall.

Many of the cans are severely dented upon arrival, and delivery times (sometimes my delivery leaves on Monday, sometimes Friday) are inconsistent. My order is a monthly order for 4 cats that eat canned food only. The inconsistent delivery means that sometimes I end up a day or two short of food - and have to supplement with a trip to the local store.

I was to be sent a replacement sack of "a taste if the wild" from your company. It was to be here I thought in two days after swapping emails. Your company concept is great and I would love to be on auto- delivery, but I've yet to receive my bag of food. I will more than likely change food from the diamond to food from a plant that seems to have fewer health issues. Thanks for the email and tell Ken I need my bag ASAP. Sharon Manasco

Petflow is a great complany and they do an excellent job providing their services. I have never had any problems with the company and they are always concerned about my satisfaction. My only complaint is we have recieved some cans of cat food that are severly dented. This could be due to shipping and it is not in every shipment. I am and will remain a happy customer of Petflow.

I really enjoyed the fact that I did not have to go to the store to buy the food and haul it back to my apartment being pregnant and all. However, the picture made it look to be a much bigger bag then it was in actuality. Just be sure to check the size before ordering. Other then that, everything was smoothly executed just as they advertize.

I live on the property of a business and it gets quite frustrating when packages are delivered there instead of my front door. So,as apart of the delivery instructions I requested specifically not to deliver to the business. It was nice for someone to actually follow directions.

Just go on-line order and in less then a week you have your food. Prices are comparable the food is fresh.

Just recieved my shipment of a grain-free cat food GO. My cats really enjoyed it. The first one came running over right after I opened it, and just cried until I put it down. Really happy about that, they are really picky. I also purchased a grain free biscuit, it is by natures variety and he took right to them. Iwill be ordering them again.
