Overall Petflow does a great job. My issue is not the last purchase but the one before that I had to throw out because it was on the list of recalled list. I would like to know how I can be credited for the bag of call of the wild dog food that had to be thrown out.

SO convenient to have pet food and treats delivered to the house. We have an entire HERD of cats, and a Golden Retriever with allergies. Have had no trouble getting grain free food, feline renal diet food, treats and more. Each time I've needed help with something the reply has been prompt, courteous and solved my problem. You just cannot beat the convenience of this.

The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that in light of all the deaths associated with pet treats made in China, any Chinese-made food item sold at Petflow.com should be specifically noted with that information. I would never have tried (even for free) the salmon treats had I known they were made in China. It is not worth the risk.

Petflow's site carries a broad selection of foods and the search engine allows you to find what you want quickly and easily. Delivery is reliable. You have the option to postpone or accelerate delivery when you sign up for auto-delivery and you receive an e-mail notice before the next order is shipped. I have had occasion to change delivery dates and I have never encountered a problem.

Overall great service and product...however I was aggravated at the check out process ... And it's insistence on trying to get my order as a recurring order....

Your ordering, editing & general management if orders needs some tweaking. The web site isn't crystal clear & I personally have had difficulty when editing an order, I thought it was correct -& I got a double order. Get the kinks out & it will be great

I like shopping at PetFlow.com because it is so convenient. I do not have to worry about getting to the pet store and they not having the brand of dog food that I buy. The prices are competitive with the pet stores. So whats not to like.

Now that I have figured out the way to order from Petflow, (I made a mistake and got two orders this time -four bags of dog food), I will enjoy the convenience of this delivery for a senior citizen. I got the e-mail saying a new delivery of dog food was coming. I changed the flavors of dog food and ordered. I failed to realize that I must stop the first order. Thus I got both orders. My BAD.
