Great service and very convenient. It would be nice if editing the standing order was a little easier. I have to really hunt around the website every time and it isn't always clear if I am adding, deleting or changing. If they made that part of the web experience better I would give them 5 stars!

Website not that user-friendly, but my order was executed quickly and with no problems.

I appreciated the quick delivery, but 2 of the 24 cans were dented. I do not blame Petflow directly, but maybe Fedex should be replaced by the U.S. Postal Service as the delivery carrier.

I love the products I have purchased from PetFlow.com and my pets do, also. I only wish the shipping was less expensive.

We received our shipment on time, correct product and with minimal damage from shipping. Shipping damage to the canned prescription food we order has occurred in the past-- but this shipment was much better than previous ones-- one tiny dent in a can. We love using Petflow-- but recently have gotten "promotions" on E mail for FREE SHIPPING-- We are paying minimum shipping on the "frequent shipping" program. Why is free shipping just good for first time customers?? Shouldn't you reward long term and frequent buyers???

When I first heard of Petflow, I thought it was a crazy idea. Dog-food by mail? But our dog has a specific brand that's sometimes hard to find, so we thought we'd try it. It's worked out great. It only took one "cycle" for us to get the timing of the deliveries to be what we needed. Now having enough dog food is one thing that I never have to worry about anymore.
