I was referred by a friend and when I went to the website and it said free shipping and by doing a recurring order I got so much off. When I went to check out it said my product did not qualify. I felt very deceived and I will be canceling my recurring order.

Shipping was delayed 3 days, and my email is now flooded with your ads. Can’t really find much good to say..I only buy the food from you guys because I can’t find it anywhere else. Honestly I wouldn’t have ever complained if my email didn’t light up 3x a day, asking me to write reviews lol

The dog toys are not what I expected. They have water bottles in them. I thought they were stuffed.

For the second time, the item I ordered showed as in stock but several days after the order was placed it was cancelled due to item being out of stock.

PetFlow rarely has the products I want. Everything seems to be on back order or unavailable, ships from separate warehouses, and/or arrives poorly packaged with damage. I am a returning customer hoping they had improved. They appear to not have much in stock. Too bad. I will see how this order delivers then look online again to see if they have what I need. If not, I will go to another company.

Ordered cat food on 12/15/20. Not received as of 1/4/21. Called and was told that product was out of stock as of 12/1/20. Why is an out of stock product listed on your web site as available and orders accepted and credit cards charged? I will be looking for a more reputable supplier.
