Your shpping provider stinks! Still waiting on my order. The website for Fed-Ex stated that it is in my home town as of 5-25 and it still hasn't been delivered. I think the website is great and easy to navigate, the order was shipped promptly just waiting on fed-ex

I was disappointed with a rival company who messed up shipments twice in a row. In a hurry to get more dog food, I found PetFlow and ordered. Cost is somewhat comparable to other companies. Item shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. I had a bit of difficulty with the web site when ordering so I called and received the help I needed (they had forgot to enter a coupon code into their system and the auto-shop calendar was very difficult to use). Fast and friendly help. If the price was a little better and the small glitch with the web site was cleared up, this would be a 5-star rating.

love this service. have had it over a year now. Very good, but lately I get a lot of banged up dog food cans. I know this stuff is hard to package but there's gotta be a way.

Instead of realizing on a Friday night that I'm about to run out of my cat's special diet food, and won't be able to buy any at the vet's office until Monday, it shows up on my doorstep on Wednesday. Disaster averted.

In the past, I have received an email saying there would be a delivery in 2 wks or there abouts, this time I did not receive any notification and now have 3 40 lb bags of food for an 8 lb dog! The notification in the past was very helpful and would be helpful in the future also. thanks

This is a great company. I've mostly used them to buy the rock-bottom deals that they advertise via email on a regular basis. I once got 3 full-sized packs of organic dog treats for 29 cents each! What a fantastic buy! My Yorkie and Chi also loved them! I haven't purchased dog food off the site, which I know is the primary purpose of this site, because I have two very small dogs who barely get through a 5lbs bag of food in 1.5 months so it's not worth it for me to pay for shipping when I'm only buying a small bag of food. the only way i'd be able to snag free shipping is if i bought several bags of food to add up to the $49 limit but who wants that many bags cluttering up their home for months? Your shipping deals are definitely more well suited to owners of big fur-babies rather than tiny pooches so maybe you guys could consider separate shipping deals for owners of little guys. Just an idea.

The service was great and the order arrived quickly at less than I could get the food at a local store. The only thing that disappointed me is that shortly after receiving the food it was involved in a recall and there was no contact from the company on the status of the food we had received when another place we have ordered from sent an email that none of the foods they had shipped were involved.

This was the 2nd time mom ordered from PetFlow. The first time it took about 5 business days to get my food. Winston (Aussie Sheperd) and Mora (Schipperke) got food too, but since I'm a growing Briard puppy, I NEED MY FOOD!! Luckily my food came in two days. Very impressive!! Now I don't have to worry about me not getting my favorite--Canine Caviar.
