Long time user taste of the wild, my dogs love it and I Love Petflow, but my cats don’t love the Taste of the Wild wet food 😬, I had to buy some extra cans from regular wet food and put a tea spoon of it and mix, my idea was not trick my cats for them to eat their food, so I probably won’t buy again

Your website drives me crazy. It is not AT ALL intuitive. I'm fairly sophisticated, internet-user-wise, but I'm totally befuddled by your website. PLEASE hire some other people to fix it. I'm considering abandoning you after 5 or 6 years of being a loyal customer and going to Chewy. Maybe they have a better website.

Their products are fine. Their return policy- not so much.

9 days later I still have no product. I was provided a FedEx tracking number via email that shows it is delayed. I called to inquire why I had not received my order and was told that “because my order was SO small” that they now switched to USPS instead of FedEx. I was not informed of this change. I was told I would receive my order 3-4 days later. NOT impressed and frankly insulted by the poor customer service.

The order took more than a week to arrive.

Food bags frequently arrive opened or punctured. Petflow usually makes it right, but it’s rather annoying when it’s almost every time.

I did not receive the item that I ordered, and was not notified that I would be receiving a different item. Very disappointed

I ordered several packages of Loving Pets Purrfectly natural freeze dried chicken cat treats and Purebites freeze dried chicken cat treats. I was pleased with the price and the speed of delivery, but all of the treats - both brands- were totally pulverized. Notlhing but powder! I won't order them again.
