I liked the selection of cat food that was offered on the website. In addition, it is much more convenient of an option when doing the automated reordering. The problem is that some prices are significantly higher than other websites and stores. Also, I would recommend some sort of scoring system to indicate which brands are better for your cats than others.

PetFlow has met and exceeded our needs! They followed through on a recent recall and, sent a replacement batch for our kitties. After I complained about dents, they have been packing the cans better for shipment. Only issues I've had has been their limited selection of wet food and pricing.

I've been ordering my dogs' food through Petflow for a couple months now. Shipping is fast and cheap. Their prices are competitive and they have tons of choices for pet supplies/food/meds... The only reason I give them 4 stars is because they don't ship internationally. My husband, my dogs and myself will be moving to Europe soon and won't be able to order from Petflow after we move.

Have taken the pet store off my monthly to do list! That's more time for me to spend with my pets. I also spend a lot less, as I'm not coming home with a lot of extras that I don't need. My only request would be an upgrade to the website to have a better search engine with some filters to better find the types of food looking for. Love the free shipping on large orders.

I learned about Pet Flow on Groupon and was very excited at the idea of being able to get my dogs food at a lower price and the anticpation of not having to drag a gigantic bag home. Pet Flow did have my dogs food, but was lacking on some of my dogs' treats. I called and spoke to a gentleman in customer service who was very polite and helpful. I would and as a matter a fact have recommended Pet Flow to my friends.

My only negative part is with both orders of pet lites, each one has a bad lite out of the 3 ordered. One bad blue lite, one bad white lite.
