I can always trust I will get my package when they say I will. Their stock and selection is always top-notch.

The collar is too small for a medium dog. It is more for a toy poodle. The lights are excellent and illuminate great at night. Service was prompt and arrived quickly. I would order two sizes larger than what is stated.

I love not having to lug heavy cases of cat food anymore. And my cats love that we don't run out of their favorites. My only recommendation is that you pack the cases of 5oz cans differently. The last two cases had many dented cans. This isn't a problem with the 3oz cans. This service is very easy to use and also very flexible!

I was impressed with the speed of delivery. And its nice to know your out there when I need "Fast Food" for my kids. Only thing is you push the monthly standing order and its not really feasible for my kennels. I change often, use things for special conditions and never know whats next. BUT that said, the service is so good I'll be back.

I ordered 3 cases, only received two. There was not explaination on the difference between what I ordered vs. what was sent!

Lights are great. Work as advertised. Will be using them for K9SAR work. Only reason I didn't give it a 5star rating is I don't have a choice of a delivery company. FedEx transfered my order twice between two facilities within 5-10 miles of original pickup. Then they shipped it clear across PA to Pittsburgh area before finally realizing the package is being shipped to Central NY and not the mid west! Please add UPS. I have stuff shipped from the Philly area all the time via ground/standard freight and it's here within 48-72 hours. FedEx drops the package off at the USPS instead of going 2 more blocks to drop it directly at my house.

I got a bunch of cat food, its pretty competitive prices (actually less than Amazon for the brand I bought). The food shipped free (with minimum purchase) and I swear it arrived the next day.
