The only suggestion I have is that there should be some way to sort the products based on price, brand etc. As the website currently is there is no way to do this and it makes it difficult to find products if you do not know the specific one you may want.

Great service, fast shipping and product was good!

I was very pleased with the delivery time. They are a bit on the pricey side so, I can't give them 5 stars. Otherwise, pleasant and easy transaction.

Facebook site is nice, ease of ordering is nice, packaging items for shipment needs a little work. Received 2 mugs & one was broken upon arrival. Merchandise is nice, though.

It can be confusing to update orders and have those changes ship at the right time. I added an item to my standard order and missed taspecify that I wanted to wait until my next ship date, and another month's supply of food, litter, treats, etc, arrived in the mail in a few days. Overflow! But otherwise, Petflow notifies you when your order is coming and when it has shipped, so you're on the lookout. I've never had any issues with customer service or my products. Very satisfied.

While the prices are higher than going to the store, the versatility of scheduling delivery is great! I've no reason to complain so far

I didn't think that the pet safety lights that ordered would be as large as they were. I ordered one for my daughter's 3lb chi and one for my 5lb chi and my 15lb shiz tsu. The lights are about the size of a ping pong ball and have a good weight on them. They are very very bright (blue). I worry if the lights will bother the dogs since they have keen night vision. No info from the company came with them. The lights can also be used for or in an emergency. I like the lights but they are a bit heavy and soooooo bright!
