i Love everything about this site........ except for one thing and that is sometimes they ship before the actual date i requested so if im out of town my order sits outside my door and living in bear country that turns out to be a disaster!

I really like the convenience of getting my dog's food delivered to my door, and it's less expensive than in the store. However, when I went to look at my account for my scheduled 2nd delivery, I noticed it was more expensive than the first time I ordered. Then I noticed you were running a special for "new" customers. WTF? Why not reward your loyal customers with the same price they purchased with the first time??? I wrote to customer service and got the discounted rate, but I shouldn't have to do that.

I got good value and fast delivery but was unprepared for a size M to be an XL in size. My daughter was also shocked but loved the cat. My son, whose shirt I knew would be too big, loved the dog that looked just like his dog.

The only thing is that it asked when to mail it and I checked wait 1 week to mail. The next day I got an e-mail that said it was shipped

I used a coupon to try this site out. They have so many products, you want to be sure what you need to avoid confusion. The price is a little higher than the local stores, but orders over a certain amount get free shipping to your door. My product arrived in less than a week! The only thing I wasn't sure of is the reordering. My puppy is growing, so I'm not sure how soon we need to get more food. This is a great site to take the hassle out of getting pet supplies.

Petflow.com consistently delivers my pet food on time. Anytime I need to interact with their staff, staff are always friendly and helpful. I wish there were better ways to filter product searches, and a wider selection of Taste of the Wild cat food products, but overall the service Petflow.com provides is fantastic.
