Still waiting on delivery of the order.

I love this concept, however the dog food I ordered was out of stock and the response was "we don't know when we will have it". I wasn't sure if that meant it would come with my next schedule order or should I pick a different kind? Once that is taken care of I'll love having my pet stuff delivered on a schedule.

I got a new dog food rated high in nutrition for my dogs. My dogs love it! There is no hesitation to eat and they lick their bowls clean.

It took longer to get here than I thought it would. It came today and Hershey is busy chewing on the toy! He loved the liver snacks!

Your service is very good; however, I have had trouble with the boxes opening or food bags breaking because too many heavy items shipped in one box. Suggest separating larger items (ie, cat litter and cat food) into 2 different boxes for shipping purposes.

My dog eats FROMM Family dog food which is preservative free, so I was concerned how long the food would take to get to me and once received wanted to make sure the expiration date on the pkg was far out. Food arrived next day and expiration was a year out. The box it arrived in seemed flimsy, but the dogfood package itself was not damaged in any way. I am now set up for automatic shipments.
