I enjoy the ease and economy you provide to feed my pets! There has only been one problem. I needed to change my order and could not do so because I got confused how to do it. Your automatic ordering needs to be more customer friendly.

I visited your site when I saw a coupon on Facebook. I've been wanting to switch my cat, Daisy, to Blue Buffalo for awhile. But I've been having a hard time finding it. PetFlow made it super easy! I got her a few cute toys too. The only negative was that I am looking for a bed for Daisy that is blue. You had a couple of beds, but I coudn't choose the color. I'm not going to pay $30+ for a random bed. But other than that, my first experience with PetFlow was great! Daisy loves her new food and has fallen madly in love with the Tick toy. LOL! I was also impressed at how quickly my order was delivered. I will definitely recommend PetFlow to my friends and family.

Prices on the dry cat food was more than I'd pay at the pet store but it was convenient and professional and easy to order. I'd use this service again.

Although I don't have to go to the store to buy many small bags, I still have not gotten the schedule right for my dog. I keep trying to set a longer time between delivery, but this last time when I still had over three weeks of food, the delivery was already on the way. I was not given notice until AFTER it was sent so that I could delay the shipment.
