PetflowReviews of petflow.com

The product selections are great. The prices are reasonable. Packaging is mostly great. However sometimes it needs more tape to hold everything together especially when shipping cat litter. And for some reason my packages NEVER ship on the chosen date. I've even emailed product support and it still doesn't ship on Tuesdays. In conclusion packaging and shipping time needs a bit of work.

You really should check put Pet flow.com! Delivery is quicker than dragging it home from the store! LOVE IT!

I've gotten 2 shipments from Pet-Flow and both shipments arrived after what must have been a round the world tour. TOTW has extremely strong packaging so the product is well suited to a lengthy trip. One problem I foresee is the shipping box. It just isn't strong enough for these trips or for the gorillas that must be handling them as they require next to no preparation for the cardboard flat recycle. I thought the fist box's arrival in a "run hard-put away wet" condition was an exception, but when the second one arrived in an even worse condition, I did make a mental note to self; Self, be very careful ordering anything from PetFlow if there's any possibility it isn't strong enough for a lengthy, and rough trip". For now, all 3 of my dogs think the crumbs are a special treat!!

Love the to the door delivery. my only complaints would be add paypal to the check out option and keep items on stock. alot of times when i order there out of the product and it takes a few weeks to get them in. my dogs cant wait that long to eat?? other than that everything is great.

I ordered from Petflow.com a few weeks ago. I ordered 2 - 25 lb bags of dry dog food on a Sunday. The order was shipped, for free, on Monday, and was received on Tuesday. The price of the food was actually a bit cheaper than the local pet shops. Roughly 10% cheaper to be exact, and I didn't have to take time out of my day to drive anywhere to get it. My only complaint, one of the bags had a small tear in it, causing some of the kibble to spill out into the shipping box. There was no damage to the shipping box itself, so the tear must have occurred prior to being put in the box. Not too big of a deal, but at $50 for a 25 pound bag, you'd figure they would want to ship undamaged goods. But other than that, I am very happy with the service.

Obtained a discount certificate via an online source. First time customer of petflow.com and was attracted to them as another source for dog treats for a little pug with severe allergies. The selection wasn't that great for specialized treats. Shipping speed was average but some of the treats were pretty crumbly when they arrived; like they had been banged around quite a bit.

The whole order arrived promptly and accurately. I will know more when the time comes for the next shipment. This has been my first time.

I ordered two t shirts with the lab family on the front , totally awsome shirt but both were the wrong size! Maybe we will frame them and hang them in the family room, their that pretty>
