I have changed my address multiple times to my current address and I received one delivery to my new address but for some reason you keep changeover l changing my order to my old address and army my order to my old address and I never was able to get my order the new tenants at my old house said they never got an order for me so now what and I got charged as well

I've been using Petflow for several years and have been really happy with them. However they just made some changes, and not all for the better! Their new website is AWFUL! It is way harder to navigate and less user friendly (and I think less pleasing to the eye) than the old website. They got rid of some of the products they used to carry. Even though I had a product in my autoship order, there was no communication that the product would no longer be carried. They simply canceled it off my order. I had to go digging on their site to find out that they no longer offer that brand. On the plus side, it seems that any and all orders that include at least one autoship product will ship for free. Also everything on autoship gets discounted 10%, including prescriptions which were not discounted before. I'm going to keep using them for now, but I'm keeping my eyes open for a company that is easier to work with.

Slow shipping. Cans were badly damaged that can from the shelf not shipping

I used to be happy with them but for the last 3 months, I have received an email (after my autoship has been shipped) that my order is shipping from a farther facility and will arrive 3-4 days later than usual. Last time, it came a week later and I had to go to the store and buy food because I ran out. That defeats the purpose of ordering online. I understand this happens time to time but it's been 3 months in a row. I will admit they are less expensive than other sites, but it's getting to the point where it's not going to be worth it. I count on my dogs food getting here within a certain time frame and they don't seem to be able to do that on a consistent basis.

Price is good. Shipping speed is good. The problem that has persisted for over a year is that the cans of food that I order are not well packaged and so many cans keep showing up dented. I will not take chances giving my dog food from a severely dented can so it unfortunately gets wasted each time.

The box that was used to pack the items I purchased was not strong enough. And because of that, when I received my package, the box was almost completely torn up! It looked like it got run over by a truck. Also, there didn't seem to be any packaging material inside the box to protect the items that I purchased. Plus it doesn't seem like FedEx treated the package very well either! Now I'm thinking twice about whether or not to buy dog food from them! I don't want it to come to me all broken up, as a mess.

I bought cow's ears. They came well packaged, but some were smaller than my dog ears. I'm not sure what cow they are.

I am concerned how long it takes to get orders delivered, and not just this last delivery. One week for two items via FedEx is too long. This timeline, seems to be the normal time frame for deliveries. My second comment, which probably is not the fault of PetFlow but you should know about, my last delivery via FedEX came with the 30# dry dog food bag delivered with my name and address scotched tape to the dog food bag. What happened to the shipping box? However, the food arrived intact and no loss of product.
