I had a simple re-order, 1 bag of dog food and 1 treats; all my personal and billing info is in your system. Yet it took 19 minutes to complete the order, much of it in silence. She was pleasant, but I may at least check out competitors particularly since the two largest bags of our particular food were out of stock.

My dog was on restricted diet and his food sold out everywhere. I found some here and prices were double but no choice so we ordered. I got the notice on Thursday saying they arrived tomorrow. Today is Saturday and still no food so I called. The rep wasn’t friendly and told me that I should get it by Monday. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this website again. I love Chewy 2 days shipping and never late.

Site failed to provide delivery date at time order was being placed. Delivery date was only made available after order cad been completed. Would not have used petflow if I had known delivery date.

My package was shipped from New Jersey on may 6th, on the 8th it arrived in Orlando Florida, it’s now the 11th of may and no update on shipping. It was scheduled delivery on the 9th. Still no cat food or update, since the order I’ve had to purchase other cat food and my cat won’t eat. Very frustrated and upset after spending $80 on food, it’s still not here.

When ordering from them make sure that you have at least a weeks worth of food for your pet. I when I orederd my dogs food and some other products I had enough food until my shipment was to be here. When I received it I got everything BUT the food. I don't have a lot of extra money in my budget. I had to go out and get some so he could eat. When I called about this, I was asked are you sure it wasn't in the shipment. It was a 33 lb Bag, so I think I would have saw if it was there.And then they said that they were sorry, that they would expedite it to get here ASAP. Well 3 days later it arrived. So much for expediting it.. Thank God I worked overtime so I could get another bag and driving a good distance to get it. I think I am done with this company.

Asked for information to be changed on profile, was told it was but it still is not. My order took almost 10 days to arrive since there is only one shipping option which is through FedEx (the worst). Box was half destroyed by the time it actually arrived.
