When I received my recent delivery from petflow the box was full of ants. I called costumer service because I was concerned the the box contained puppy food they didn’t really care, told me the order was fine and did nothing with my concern

Your customer service is useless. Your website is impossible to navigate. But most annoying is that you require a new vet prescription for the SAME ALEADY APPROVED food if you simply ask for more. Plus asking for 2 orders of the same food requires 2 separate prescriptions. Are you kidding? When you shipped to an old address you blamed me. When you ran out of my cats food you did nothing to contact the supplier or keep me posted. The date is only the most recent. Just yesterday I ordered more food and was prompted to yet again fill in vets name knowing you will bother them again.

Well for one thing my order said it was shipped and it was sitting in your warehouse said one petflow person. Said they would get it out. I waited for confirmation for days and nothing. I emailed again and someone else said my order was sitting in their warehouse. I started feeling like why did I even order from them again???? We’ve had shipping problems in the past as well. Then the second person told me they would put a rush on it since it clearly wasn’t shipped! I waited again for the confirmation and nothing. At this point I had to go to the grocery store for food for my cats because it took so long to move my order along and even get it picked and sent from the warehouse that I ran out of the food I had. I ordered 2 weeks in advance too. I am in pharmacy and I know how to order ahead of time and keep inventory going, but with this company I will have to just order Willy Nilly and not care when it gets here because I don’t think I will ever be able to rely on them. I like their prices and they have a few things I want so I wanted to keep using them, but I have threatened to go back to Chewy or Petsmart. I know things happen but every time it’s “something” And I’m just so tired of worrying about my order and checking and checking and then having to email 5 times-it’s just bad service. My very first order I bought 2 cases of fancy feast pate and I found 8 cans that had popped tops and I was ticked because that’s poison! They did send me another case so that’s why I have ordered from them again because they did honor the bad food. I was curious why it wasn’t inspected in the first place and wondered how old it really was but I let it go this time. All in all, if you want something from them give it 3 weeks and 3 emails and checking everyday and you’ll be golden. Thanks for the opp to do this survey. I hope it actually helps get some things worked out for us customers. I really do! Have a great day.

The product I ordered (dog food) was out of stock. I wasn’t notified of this for several days. No ship date given

I purchased (expensive) dog food. It arrived the day before I had to put my dog down. It was still in the box it was shipped in. I was informed I could not return it. After asking for a supervisor, I was informed you would let me ship it back for reimbursement. A 50 pound bag and I would be responsible for shipping it back. All your competitors are always very accommodating in such situations - reimbursing the full cost and then suggesting the item be donated to a local rescue. I will NEVER order anything from your company again and have informed my EXTREMELY large pet group and pet therapy organization never to order from your company.

For three shipments in a row, there has been an issue. When your dog is dependent on food that you can only get from mail order, it becomes a crisis in the home. The stress is not worth using Petflow anymore. I’m going back to Chewy..

I received no confirmation regarding shipping. I had no idea if it shipped, when the arrival date would be, or how long it would take in general. I called customer service after 4 days and they advised it would be delivered the next day. Meanwhile, I had to purchase an additional bag from a vendor an hour away from me because I didn’t know if the order had took. I will never use this service again.

A few days after taking my order it was cancelled because my order could not be fulfilled. I have no idea what you can’t figure out your actual inventory status, but since I have had similar issues in the past I don’t think I will be back.
