I was led to believe that I would receive a reminder notification prior to the notification that another shipment of food was on the way. There is no advantage to the automatic shipments if I do not have the flexibility to adjust shipment dates.

Great delivery....next day is very helpful. Prices aren't as cheap as some other sites. Coupons offered are not helpful given the amount needed to order....otherwise I would order from them more often. Otherwise a decent place to get supplies for your pet.

I have to call the company to find out why the price went up over $15! I thought this would make my life easier but now I have to call and cancel because I am being overcharged. Let's see what happens when I call.

I have been using petflow for a few months and in the begining was perfect. Even thought i updated my address 3 times, you are kipping sending my dog food to the old address. Please, send my orders to the right place. Thanks Marcela Murillo

Here is a copy of an email I sent to you last week. I have never heard back but did receive this automated message. I sent to you: I received an email from you on the 17th that the Royal Canin mini indoor 27 dry dog food in my order was out of stock but would be in "very soon" and that my whole order would, then, "ship right out". Today I received a partial order with no explanation. Not only did it not contain the puppy food but the canned dog food I ordered was not included either. I had to call since I received no email about this problem nor did I receive a written explanation with the partial order. I was, then, told that both items were out of stock and not expected to be in before the 24th. I do not consider this very soon. Your communication is terrible. Now, I am missing food for 2 of my dogs Sincerely, Paulette Niehoff [email protected] 203-314-8585 order # 452983 As I said earlier, I have never heard back from you regarding this email. I have no idea if I will be receiving the puppy food and canned food that I ordered. Your communication is terrible! Paulette Niehoff [email protected]

The prices are the best on the web that I could fine, but whoever they use for delivery is awful. I am still waiting on a shipment that went out of NJ a WEEK ago! It is still in transit. In the meantime, I had to buy some more food to tie the animals over until this shipment decides to arrive. Same as last time. I am closing the gap on shipments and hope that works. As of right now, it isn't.

The only complaint I have is the box always comes opened. The tape rips apart in the seams. The recent shipment had the box completely separated so it could be laid flat out, just a piece of cardboard. Other companies boxes always arrived intact, think the tape used was much stronger.

The dog food came in good shape no rips or tears in the bag would have gave 5 stars but took a week to ship the food off from there warehouse. It took FedEx 1 day to deliver.
