Need to inform customers prior to shipment when an item in the food bowl is out of stock. Giving time to pick another item to replace the out of stock item. Instead of notifying after shipment. Then I have to purchase another item plus pay for shipping.

Everytime I try to change my order I have problems. I like to change out the dog treats on my order but keep my food, and everytime I change the whole order gets messed up and I just don't understand why. It adds extra bag of food or doesn't get rid of the treat I thought I deleted. I find it very frustrating and it takes me trying to "trick" the system to get my order correct and it is a process, not just delete this and add this, done. After the last change I think I decided I'll leave it alone and buy treats from the local store instead.

I have been using Petflow for several months. I love the convenience, selection and quality of your products. I order mostly canned food and have been very disappointed that in every shipment there has been at least 3 damaged cans. This can't be happening during shipment, because you pack everything very well. I believe they leave your location that way. I realize it isn't a big issue for most people, but I have a 'thing' about bent cans. I avoid them when buying anything in a store, whether it is dog food or people food. The only other thing I would like to see is the occasional sale or 'clearance' section especially with toys. Thanks!

I changed delivery date per the instructions in a "warning" email; but still received the food on original shipping date. I just changed foods and established a new delivery schedule. Waiting to see how that pans out.

When I order it's with the expectation that I'm fulfilling my total cat food needs for a month -- so to find out when I received my order that you were out of stock on two items ordered was disappointing. It would be helpful to know that certain items are unavailable. On the positive side, however, I was given a credit very quickly for the items not shipped.

I have enjoyed my dealings with PetFlow. I have found the customer service to be exceptional. However, I have experienced repeated problems with FedEx, and I have reached my breaking point. I just cannot tolerate it any longer, and I will not use your service again until such time as you offer other delivery options.

I really love the idea of PetFlow. No longer would I have to go to the overpriced pet supermarkets and lug home big bags and cans of necessities for my pet. That dream hasn't quite come true. I know PetFlow is still a very new company, but unfortunately they don't carry a lot of the items I still need, or if they do, the price is overwhelming. Shipping has been another little snag. Twice now I've purchased canned food and received a box with an opened can. The experience of opening a box of rotting liquid and then washing and drying all the other cans in the box far outweighs the benefits of having it dropped off at my door. PetFlow was, at least, kind enough to refund the price of the broken cans. Which brings me to customer service. Their customer service is great. I always get an email back from a real person, not an automated response robot that tries to use keywords to fix my problem.

Had two orders of clumping kitty litter that didn't clump, then a case of canned cat food just arrived where the (full-size) cans were all smashed, making them next to impossible to open with a can opener. I can stand on a can without crunching it, and the worst ones were in the middle, so it took some talent to smash them so much. many other local shops have similar prices on the same products, and one can hand-pick the items and return them easily if there is an issue. It also gives one a chance to buy mixed flavors of canned food. The stores also have ferret food. Much better.
