False advertising on website regarding the size of dog food bag. Had to call 2x to get customer service to pick up the falsely advertised product. No apology or anything for the inconvenience. Very disappointed. Workday think twice before ordering again

first off, the package arrived a week late, I didn't get notified of this wat too late and had to go to petsmart to buy my dogs food! Second, the delivery person left the package sitting AGAINST THE GARAGE DOOR, where I could not possibly see it or know that is has been delivered. Thank goodness a good neighbor rang my door and alerted me to the situation....I am LUCKY that it was not STOLEN in this neighborhood!!

Ordered dog food, order was charged to my card, then I was notified it was out of stock. System needs to be fixed so an order can’t be processed for an out of stock item.

On the item that i ordered in big red letters said “in stock” went thru everything and ordered the next day i rec a email and then i talked to a customer service and they stated that the item was no longer available.

Paid for my order. It never arrived. I have yet to receive a replacement or refund or solution to this issue. Placed the order 3+ weeks ago. Won’t be returning to pet flow.

I've placed 2 orders ever with petflow and both of them have been a disaster. Customer service is awful and I won't make the mistake for a third time. Petflow had me wait a week for food that was out of stock. They didn't even bother to send an email letting me know.

I never got my products

Our items arrived and one of the litter bags was cut opened!! It was a total mess and I lost a ton of the litter I paid a lot of money for. The shipping was also incredibly slow and I had to go out and buy cat food as i was waiting for the order to arrive. I am so disappointed and would like to be compensated for at least the one bag that was not usable. I am happy to provide pictures upon request.
