Before you debit someone's bank account, you should notify them you are doing so. I love the service you provide. But I was highly upset to get a shipment notification this week when I had never been notified you were going to ship to me. I have been out of work for over a year. This was my last week of unemployment. I did not budget, nor did I intend to spend money on dog food with my last unemployment check. Now my water and sewer bill not get paid because I was not given the opportunity to change my shipment date. I am not happy!

it says within 48 hours and then the box was not taped hardly at all and it was busted but thank God the food was not pierced or injured. Needs more tape with 60 pounds plus of food. But I will buy a gain and hopefully these issues especially taping the box stronger.

By the time I receive the 25 lb bags of Fromm Surf N Turf from Fedex the tape has popped and the bag is not too secure in the box containing it. Once the side of the bag had split as if it had done so because it was dropped.

I've gotten two shipment of food that I didn't order--I didn't set up a recurring shipment--but I've paid for and kept the food which I guess is what usually happens when they do this. It seems under-handed and dishonest. They have good food at good prices so I enjoy doing business with them--I just wish they won't send extra food.

Just received my delivery on Wednesday April 18. Took a little too long in my opinion to get the order.

I subscribe to Petflow's recurring delivery program, and have never had the same products in the box month-over-month. Every time, something else is missing. I like having these things delivered to me, because it provides real convenience, but the supply chain is completely random, which defeats the purpose.

The last two deliveries were not on time. One was due to an order mixup at petflow. The second time FedEx did not deliver it on Saturday, claiming that the business address was closed, which it was not. When I called them on Monday they said the could not deliver until Tuesday because of the shipping agreement! This would be a great service if it came sooner. I did not think that it would take as long as it did. My mistake, I have had to go to the pet store twice!

Petflow is great -- delivers on time, the cans not too crushed, but it is beyond irritating not being able to change my order online each month. What's up with that?
