I have been very pleased with the service. Their website is easy to use and easy to make changes to. The pet food has come on time and in good condition. I am happy with the free shipping that I get. BUT THEY SELL PRODUCT MADE IN CHINA. I am considering not using them because I don't want to accidentally purchase something made in China from them.

I started doing business with you because you were better than any retail store I could purchase from. Now your pricing and shipping costs make it easy to buy retail

I was impressed that the dog food I ordered got here so fast. BUT the bag was ripped in a couple places. Perhaps the cases of canned food ripped the dry food. It was kind of a mess, i had to tape it together. So...not sure about this whole concept of mailing dog food.

I like the convenience of having the pet food delivered to my home. However, there were a few times (too many) where my order arrived in a less than timely fashion forcing me to purchase food until my order arrived. My dogs eat the same amount of food daily so overfeeding wasn't the issue. The issue was inconsistent in delivery schedule. The delivery time frame "the week of" is not efficient. Although I adjusted the schedule, the deliveries weren't consistent. The point of having pet food delivered is for convenience and peace of mind.

I found out about your company via a coupon in the mail. When I went to place the order online there was no place to enter the coupon code, so I assumed it would be on the next web screen. But when I clicked to go to the next screen, the order was placed. I next went to your customer support page to find you telephone number to contact you about the issue, and the number listed on the page was not in service. Then I emailed you cusomter support email address to inquire about how I might still get the discount offered in the coupon, and my email inquiry was never responded to.

I found everything we needed for my dogs but the shipping was very tardy if they improved the shipping for something faster you would be the best in the market..
