Having a pre-made order schedule is convenient, however usually the food all arrives in one VERY heavy box that is falling apart by the time it reaches my house. It is too heavy for my wife to pick up and sometimes has to stay out in the elements all day. I'm sure they're trying to reduce shipping costs but there has to be a better way to reduce package weight.

Nice service but I see no benefit for subscribing to monthly delivery. I can get the same pet food from amazon.com for the same price but with 2 day free shipping. I think members should be given a discount for monthly subscription.

The web promotion was confusing and somehow I ended up with 15 pounds of cat food when I wanted 2 bags of dog food. I got one of each. I don't have a cat and the return shipping isn't realistic. Seems that the canine and feline products from the same brand were intermixed for the convenience of the web developer and not the customer. I buy nearly everything on line because I live in a small town and the cost of shipping usually outweighs the cost of gas. The service was prompt and I received my order in a timely fashion. Other than that...

I have ordered from petflow before and was always very happy with the service. The only difference this time was that I moved and changed my address in your system but the delivery still went to the old address.

I can get the product cheaper at Petco even after the discount that was offered for the first purchase.

The customer service is great and so is the pricing. The shipping experience not so great. To save money the company ships as much as possible in one box making it extremely heavy to pick up. The boxes they ship in are cheap and they use cheap tape to seal them up. Wag.com is about the same pricing and does a better job with the shipping.

I bought three of the Blue Led lights for my dogs and two of them worked and the third one didn't.

Overall, such a great service. Last week, though, they billed the card on Thursday, and it was "being packed" all day Thursday, all day Friday and did not ship until Monday, and only after i called. What gives?
