Order was shipped quickly and accurately. Tracking process not the best.

Petflow provides super-fast shipping with super-fast delivery by FedEx! You always have my desired product in stock that's fresh and insect free. Only negative is the recent ten-dollar price increase on Nutrisource Super Performance dog food! That's about a 13% increase!

Happy that all food was in stock, however some cans came dented. I would have given 5 stars if not for the damaged merchandise

I appreciate the service and lower prices from Petflow. The only thing that I feel can be improved is the Managed Shipment correspondence. I recently changed the frequency of my delivery, and would like to receive confirmation that it was received and acknowledged.

Recently, service has been a 5 because delivery was so fast. The 4 accounts for issues with billing and delivery in the past. The system seems to have been fixed

Easy to use website, good communication, product as described--all good. My only complaint is that Petflow uses FedEx for delivery and FedEx is a terrible delivery service that routinely drops packages on the road far from our house, requiring us to drive in search of them so that we can bring the heavy boxes of dog food home. And, yes, we have communicated directly with FedEx about delivering to our door numerous times to no avail.

They do OK. I had no issues with them. Website is not as good as some others.
