Had to cancel order after being told that it was my fault my order was shipped to my credit card billing address, not the shipping address I provided. Too good to be true service and price, is just that, too good to be true! Huge inconvenience!!!

Being a FedEx courier I just knew my delivery would be swift and without complications but my delivery came USPS and of course I was working at my FedEx job,missed the postal attempt and now have to wait a week to have a day off then have to go to the postal office to retrieve my package and hope they have not returned my package to Petflow.It is a great inconvenience and I will not be a returning customer and feel my residential customers should be aware of my experience.If I had known the USPS was doing my delivery I would never have ordered from Petflow.

Delivery of product from time of order was delayed. I purchase Orijen product from my local veterinarian and the product is always vacuum sealed for freshness - this is particularly nice to know since this product emphasizes it is packed and shipped fresh from the manufacturer in Canada - with the freshest products. Given that this product has no preservatives, one would expect vacuum sealed product lines. I cancelled my subsequent "flow" orders as a result. Other than the savings of sales tax, free shipping, and delivery to my front door - there are no savings to be had opposed to buying from my local veterinarian.

I ordered an 8oz bottle of ear cleaning solution. It arrived in a satisfactory amount of time. However, it was shipped in a large and flimsy bubble envelope, which it had ripped through and fallen out. The empty envelope was in my mail box with my other mail----the bottle of ear cleaning solution didn't arrive until later that day. I feel very fortunate that our mail carrier took the time to come back with my product, and took the time to find out who it even belonged to. This product should have been shipped in a small,sturdy box.

I was very happy that company carries Halo (my cat's food). Not happy that I was overcharged due to system glitch. That it took customer service representative three emails (from me) to realize this. One week to issue credit (after receiving call from my bank). She seemed more concerned with getting rid of me then researching problem. And that if she actually cared about maintaining customer and good business (I have 4 cats) would have realized that I was actually trying to increase my order and qualify for free shipping in the process (which she never offered). I was disappointed because I was excited about the service and having my cat food delivered.

My cat loves all treats I have ever got for him. He never hesitates to eat them. When I put a few pieces of these in front of him he didnt know what to think. He smelled them and then hit them around with his paw. He wanted nothing to do with them. I tried again later to get him to eat one....same response. No interest. Ill stick with treats from walmart.

Package does not ship right away. Can get to be a real pain when u feed a food not available locally.

I did not get what I ordered. I got a smaller package with a higher cost per pound of my dog food, without them telling me my order was being changed. Send back 60# of dog and cat food? No, buy from Sam's Club, instead.
