Still haven't received the order although I got a shipping confirmtaion the day after I ordered - when I went to track it, the tracking showed it wasn't actually shipped then, but 2 days later!!!! This is in all likliehood my last order from petflow.com

I ordered cat food on July 16, 2012. The order wasn't picked up by the FedEx shipping company until July 19th, according to the shipping website. I have still not received order and it is now July 24. In the past I would receive my order in 4 to 5 days. This time it has been over 7 days and I had to go out and buy more food at a local store because I ran out at home. I am very disappointed and I will not be recommending PetFlow anymore. It is sad because in the past they have been very good but this time I am out more money and still do not have my order. The FedEx tracking site shows it is finally on the vehicle today for delivery. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience. I will just buy from local retailer next time and pay more up front. My order tracking number is: 267225917074880 if you want to check it out.

Ordered a bag of dry dog food, that was in stock, on the 13th of July and have not received it as of the 22nd of July. Tried to track it with no success. Called the 800 number for Pet-flow, twice and they nicely said that it should have been here and if it doesn't show up by Tuesday (7/24) that I should call back. I haven't had this problem before and if it happens again, it will be the last time.

My dog food was shipped on 7/13 and was supposed to be here by 7/18. The dog food did not arrive till this morning 7/21. How reliable is this service?

I was expecting notification of intent would be sent out prior to actual shipment, as I have received in the past. This round, I just received a tracking number. I use the announcement to determine my level of need, and accept or adjust the shipping schedule accordingly. I'd rather spend the extra few dollars with another vendor and be able to manage the schedule myself, as opposed to simply receiving a tracking number when it is too late to do anything about it. Hence, the program no longer works for me.

I enrolled in the auto ship program only to find that when the time came to ship my order, it was out of stock! Since it was an auto ship, there was 7 weeks to plan ahead and have my item in stock. Waited a week (maybe more), still no stock. Had to change order to another size. Got ship confirmation but order did not arrive. Some snafu with Fedex? Got shipment 2 days later. Lucky since it was the day my dog ran out of food. Hope my next shipment goes better. It is hard to work out how often a shipment is needed if you have to change sizes. Customer service was very helpful through the whole process - the only saving grace.

Put the order in on July 5th. Didn't ship until July 11th and didn't arrive until the 14th. I can order on Amazon and have it arrive the next day for $3.99 additional. Won't order again

I had spoken to a representative about 3 weeks ago regarding a product that was no longer visible online (Royal Canin Renal -LP -P cat food in 7 lbs). He said it was because they were out of it and should get more in. Two weeks went by and it was still not available but I was running out so I ordered two 3 lb bags. I later logged back into my account and viewed my order and it said "backordered". There is no weekend customer service so I had no idea when my food would come so I had to cancel my order and order it elsewhere. I'm just glad I happened to go back into the online order or I would have been expecting it at my door this week with two hungry cats!
