I ordered 4 cases of cat food, 1 harness (lg.), & 2 light up dog tags. The cat food is more expensive than in the store, the harness wasn't large enough to fit our smallest dog, and it took several days to arrive. Bummer.

Have yet to receive the product. Shipping was over a week ago and it is just sitting in the warehouse in my town as it shows however its not scheduled to be delivered for yet another week.

I ordered buffalo hooves and was given buffalo bones so small that my 70 pound dogs cannot eat them. It was a waste of my money and there was NO packing slip included!!

Your site stated free shipping with a purchase of $49 or more. I was still being charged shipping in checkout so reduced my order size which was unfortunate as a loss for both of us.

Ordered 44 pounds of dog food. That came fine. Also ordered two doberman tee shirts for my wife at $16.99 each. They were black and while the pictures were good, the material was blochey and appeared off color.

The products are about the same price in the stores and if I hadn't had the coupon for $10 off I wouldn't have even tried out PetFlow.com. As it is I didn't get the free shipping that was promised to me as part of the intro offer. I don't think I'll order from them again.

Website indicated that the T-shirt ordered was in stock. Only had less-than-desirable sizes listed as available. A week after ordering I received a notice that "Oops" the item was NOT in stock. Unacceptable delivery time delay for a gift order.

Call customer service to report shipment not received. Didn't seem concerned. Fedex is suppose to contact me directly. Almost out of food.
