I ordered from PetFlow to have food waiting at my new home after moving/driving across country. However it was not there and was in fact only SHIPPED on the day it was to arrive. I was NOT happy, but the PetFlow customer service talked with me and apologized and gave me a discount towards my next shipment so I'm willing to give them another try for convenience sake.

Do not shop here. Customer service is ineffective and product descriptions/selection leave much to be desired.

I was sent an email saying item was shipped , when actually it was shipped 4 days later. The item size was not correct for other items I have bought at other retailers. Recieved it 1 week later then first told ( which is about right, since it was shipped 4 days later than told.

Why am i not happy your asking...its going on 2 weeks and its still not here.I bought it around the 22nd last month(july)..today is Aug 1st and still nothing..Now I see tracking says by Aug 3rd...AUGUST 3RD...are they walking it here.I bought a Cell phone adapter from Sears on line store this past Monday morning..it was delivered today Wednesday.And 2 items bought on e-bay Saturday are here already.You guys really need to do something about this..and why fed ex ?The USPS..an AMERICAN company get it here much quicker using their slowest parcel post service..I'm really not happy.I have a Facebook page set up for my dog(sally woof woof) and wanted to post a picture for all her friends to see...but now I'm afraid all i can say is to look around for someone that cares about pleasing their customer.This was the first time i ever bought from you..I saw you on sally's facebook page..And I can't see me buying anything again.I just hope that when it finally gets here its as good as you say. Ralph ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~UPDATE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OK...I just got the Shirt today...few things...it came USPS...but the tracking number they gave be was a Fed-Ee tracking number...and it showed the product in transit..I'm confused.AS FAR AS THE SHIRT ITSELF....are you ready....I love it.Great quality and its made in the USA.So Petflow...fix your shipping methods and you'll be OK in my book.>> 2 stars on shipping...but 5 on product

This was our first experience with PetFlow. We ordered a bag of premium Solid Gold based on price and the discount offer available to first time shoppers. When the attractive discount was added to the shopping cart, we lost the free shipping and had to pay an additional shipping charge which essentially halved the discount. We waited a week for delivery (not so bad), but when we opened the [undamaged] box, the bag of dog food had lost its vacuum seal. We have never had this happen in the past with any other vendors. With the vacuum seal broken, we have no assurance of the freshness of the product. The product could have been on the shelf for months with air getting at it. All in all, we are pretty disappointed. Likely not going to place a repeat order or recommend Petflow based on this first experience. These pets are part of our family. Would you feed your kids a meal from an opened box or can you bought at the market?

My billing and shipping address are different. When I placed my order I put in the different addresses, all seemed fine until I received the verification email. Experience went south from there. It showed my order being shipped to wrong address.Customer service was difficult to get a hold of by phone. Once I did reach customer service they seemed indifferent about my frustration with the situation

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW SLOW THE DELIVERY PROCESS IS.....MY SHIPMENT SENT OUT ON THE 23RD OF JULY AND TODAY IS THE 31ST AND STILL NO SHIPMENT....DELIVERY DATE EXPECTED 8/1....THAT'S A WHOLE WEEK (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS) IF DELIVERY TIME WAS QUICKER I'M SURE MOST PEOPLE WOULD APPRECIATE IT I KNOW I WOULD

My order arrived and almost every can was dented and I cannot blame UPS because the box was not damaged at all. Most of the dog food was dented and a lot of the cat food.
