I recently bought two lighted dog collars and three collar clip on lights all of these products failed during the first use. The collars frayed at the seams and the clasps broke, the light only stayed lit for approximately 10 minutes, your service was excellent but the products failed.

I had lost internet access de to a virus attack. I received carton with a hole in the box and it went right through the large bag of salmon wilderness food. It is sitting in my garage because I will not bring it into my cause and feed it to my cats in case bugs are in the food. Bonnie

My order took two weeks to be delivered. Missing one item and didn't inform me that the item is out of stock. I called to report that i am missing one item, the delivered box is broken so i thought that the item got lost. If i didnt prove further the customer rep won't even tell me that the item in question is not missing but it is out of stock.

Ordered two products, an LED lighted collar and an LED lighted tag for my dog. The collar did not light up as described, only about 1" of the collar near the electronic module lit up, the rest of it remained dark. In the pictures, the entire collar lights up. Further, the light up tag did not light up at all, and as such, I found both products defective. When you only order two products and both are defective, I'm not likely to see the experience as positive. Customer Service, however, was good, as the rep provided a prompt refund.

I was thrilled with the idea that I would have my pet food and supplies delivered right to my door, especially since I have four pets! It took over two weeks to get my first delivery of products, which was incomplete. The company seemed to be unaware of this fact, even though the packing slip was accurate. I had to call three times to finally complete my order. It took a month to be my original order complete! I will not be ordering again.

Overpriced. I'm not going to buy anything else from petflow.com because I'm able bodied and can go to the store for way cheaper prices. Also, ebay and amazon are way cheaper if you don't required automatic/scheduled deliveries. As far as variety and quality, I can't complain, but at what price?

I ordered a lot but only part of my ordered was sent to me. I am missing the cat food and the lights for the collars. I haven't heard anything from the company Even though I wrote to them. This is the first time I have ever ordered from this company. Hope I get my cat food and lights I have already paid for. havew patfood

I just received what was left of my third order from PetFlow after FedEx got done with it. Two out of three of my orders have been damaged in transit, the latest one was partially undeliverable do to damage. All the damage has been directly attributable to the substandard way orders are packed at the PetFlow warehouse. This stuff is heavy and should be boxed accordingly. And now, for some reason, PetFlow customer service refuses to answer my emails about the damaged box being held at FedEx. I have already decided that I will not do business with this company again regardless of the outcome of my latest complaint.
