I ordered a bag of Blue Buffalo Lamb and Rice and received a bag of Puppy Chicken. I think it's important to ship what was ordered. It was a hassle to then return the 30 lb bag and wait for a new one to arrive in 5 days! I won't be re-ordering from PetFlow.

I am wondering if this package was ever shipped or has been lost. Can this be tracked? What can I do?

Not pleased - I purchased cat food expecting it to arrive via Fed Ex in a decent amount of time. Instead it took ELEVEN days before the order was processed and shipped (this is definitely a PetFlow issue, once FedEx had the package it came fast). Would never shop here again.

They sent me the wrong product on three different occasions. They were prompt in sending replacements, but I can no longer rely on them to get the right product when I need it.

Ordered two Tshirts and some treats. Paid. Received one Tshirt and the treats. Thought the other Tshirt would arrive later, but no. Order a Medium Tshirt, which is huge. I was away for the holidays so just contacted PetFlow via email today. Keeping my fingers crossed that they do the right thing. I'll let you know what happens.

I am very disappointed that you stopped your handling of NATIVE Dog Food. I would have continued to order regularly, but I will now have to find another on-line or local choice for purchase. So you are unlikely to have an order from me in the future. Sorry.

I ordered 2 of the pet lights for my two boys. I was excited to use them since I normally let them run on the golf course behind my house. One of my dogs is black so it is really hard to see him at night. When I first got the lights, they both worked exactly like they were supposed to. I put them on the boys collars and we were off. The lights put off a lot of light and you could easily see the dogs, I was so happy! About a week later however, one of the clips broke off one of the lights. The other light would only come on for a few seconds and then turn off. I bought these on sale, but I was hoping that they would last a little longer than they did. So now I am back to no lights for my boys... I guess I will have to find another product.
