PetflowReviews of petflow.com

The first time I bought bully sticks from Petflow they were great - but the second time I bought them they were not the same product - they were smaller and not as thick. I will not be buying bully sticks from Petflow again!!!! Tony

I ordered duck and received chicken.

I like the prices on accessories, they are cheaper than anywhere else I found. The prices on Dog food is pretty pricy specially after the S&H. Way cheaper at Petco of all places. I ordered on the 16th of April and did not get my order for over 2 weeks. Also they apparently did not have a few things I ordered either. They did credit back my account for these items. This was my first experience with this company so I may try to order again and see if this is an on going thing or just so happened to be with my account.

I recently ordered some dog food and received cat food! When I called to tell Petflow what I received they apologized but did nothing to help with the fact that I had to go out and buy dog food so I would not run out before the replacement order arrived! Disappointing! Josie Chapmen

this was my first and last order. Well I bought a $15 coupon good for $30. On living social. Then I bought a $52. bag of dry dog food with what I thought was free shippingf over $50. free as the ad says. Well when I went to check out I was charged $4.95 shipping. I do not think it was right to use the discount first without saying so up front. I received the dog food 2 days later. The box was barley held together. The bag was not ripped. Good shipping I guess.

Out of 6 items received in the spoiled rotten box, three were keepers. Two items I will never use and one item I gave away.

I thought GREAT, I don't have to make a special trip to the pet store, try to find a place to park miles away because the only store in my town that has the brand dog food I serve is at the busiest most congested shopping center in town. I was super excited to order the largest size saving me the most money because it was being delivered right to my door as it is advertised on PETFLOW website. A little snag with this program. Knowing it was going to come to my door, I kept a close eye on the FedEx tracking number to ensure that I could get the package into my home shortly after it arrived. The day of the delivery came but no package. There was no sticky note on my door or anything from FedEx. I confirmed online that it had been delivered but instead of leaving a 50lbs bag of dog food at my door, it was sent up to the apartment office for me to retrieve. First off, who in the heck is going to run off with a gigantic bag of dog food in a couple of hours? No one unless Hulk is on the loose and feels like he needs a snack. Secondly, How in the hell am I suppose to get a huge bag of dog food ( that is too freaking heavy for me to lift) back to my home? Thirdly, the whole point of the program was to make this chore NOT a chore and be convenient for me. Now, I have to figure out how to get it out of my apt office when I work the hours they are open and find someone strong enough to lift the package because I sure as heck can't. Needless to say, this program sounds great on paper but the logistics are a bit off for an average person such as myself.

On 4-11-2013. I ordered several items from different places. Th orders began to arrive the next day on the 12th. It now the 22nd. All of the items including one which was an LTL shipment were here by the middle of last week. I still do not have the order from Petflow. Why would you think to send out a comment form prior to the product? Seems like a classic case of cart before the horse. Not maybe the best way to ask for a positive review.
