I ordered dog food and got it delivered quickly, but then I received a duplicate order. When I called, I was told that fed-ex had a none-delivery, so Pet Flow resent. I had 2 options. (1) send it back and (2) keep it, with 10% off. I chose option 2, but I really didn't want to eat double the cost of dog food.

I have bought many, many bully sticks over the past 2 years, but the ones I bought from PetFlow are terrible!! the smell is sick!! Never, never have I had any that smell as bad as these do.

I recently ordered dog food from PetFlow. The order was not processed and when I called Customer Service, they said they would check with the warehouse and call me. They did not call although the order was finally processed and shipped. In the meantime, I had to go to a local store to purchase dog food. Because of this experience, I was offered $10 off, and to date, there has not been a refund on my card. They need to improve their customer service and order departments.

Shipment took a full week. Kept checking status and said it would get here on a Wednesday so I was happy as I was running low on food. Wednesday it was never received, checked status now it said Friday. In turn I had to run to dollar store to pick up Alpo since I had absolutely no food to give my dogs. Next time I will deal with the other place I get dog food from as I get it in 2 days. Or I need to make sure I order from here super early.

I ordered two bags of dog food and I received a box of assorted bones, with all the right labels on the box, Took me forever to get someone on the phone then make it sound like she was doing me a favor by sending a free return label. Didnt offer me any compensation for there mistake, she was sending my food out on monday I called them on friday...... Not happy with the service.

In an internet, digital environment, when things are just click, click, click, it took several days for you to notify me about a problem with my credit card #. Why? The shipment was of course delayed. In fact, I still haven't received the shipment!

I was excited to receive my order, however when it arrived....I was disappointed with the quality of dog chew treats ordered. The size of pizzles was extremely thin and skimpy and the beef healthy cow chew stunk like rotting cow. This experience reminds me to buy (physically) locally, where I can select/inspect the merchandise, before purchasing. I feel as though I paid double the worth of the treats received. Thank you.

I received an email asking me to come back and shop & get 20% off my order. When I checked out, the system wouldn't accept the coupon code I was given. I looked for an expiration date, but didn't find one. Needless to say, I went back and deleted some items I had planned on trying since I was supposed to get a discount and didn't.
