2 last deliveries were messed up

Prompt and free delivery for orders over 50 dollars. They carry a lot of products at fair prices. However, I think they should offer a small discount for repeat customers.

Only the first large dog food order. No problem placing or receiving the order. Very pleased with the service.

Good company. Not so great delivery.

My dog's food arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The price is pretty good. The local store I can buy it from gives me a free bag after I buy 12 bags. Unfortunately, I moved away from that store, so it's not convenient to get there anymore. I wish PetFlow honored the same bonus, which is through the manufacturer.

Generally prompt service but lacking some products I need to purchase at other places. Encouraging me to buy locally is interesting and I might take them up on it.

Best cost for repeat delivery of Fromm. Delivery was fast and convenient. Easy ordering process and repeat setup. Unfortunately not sure this 30lbs food will work for my dog.

We love Petflow, the selection and prices are the best. We have items on autoship which is a very easy to navigate process. I do wish that their sale pricing would be automatic to my auto ship orders if they are shipping during a sale, but otherwise....no complaints!
