I ordered Avoderm dog food on Aug. 6 and as of Aug 18th I have not recieved my order. I am very disappointed. I had to travel about 20 miles to find a dog food store that carries this brand. I placed my second order for a bag of Blue Diamond dog food from PetFlow. The first order came as expected. The second one came two days later because FedEx said they had the wrong zip code. Don't know who's mistake it was but I ended up feeding my dog a different brand of dog food for two days because of the delay.

For the past 2 orders, Petflow has continually been late with delivery. Each time I submitted the order I was informed all items were in stock and to expect delivery 2-3 day. Within a day I received a confirmation notice that all items shipped. Three to four days after receiving the confirmed shipment notice, I received the following: ------------------------------------------------------------------ Hi from PetFlow! Great news - your order has shipped! You should have already received a shipment confirmation with your package's tracking information. Unfortunately, since placing your order, the item(s) on your order has gone temporarily out of stock in our nearest facility. As a result, this package has shipped from another facility. It is possible that this package takes an additional 2-3 business days to arrive compared to your standard shipment. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bottomline, what normally takes 3 days for delivery is taking 2 weeks for delivery and that is not acceptable. Due to the delays, the past 2 months I've had to drive to my specialty pet supply store to purchase food. If I continually have to make a special trip every month to the pet store to purchase food to carry me over until the shipment from Petflow arrives, I might as well skip ordering through Petflow.

I ordered cat food, the extra costs, didn't show until after I hit submit.then a the packaging wasn't that great and a few of the cans were dented..I'll stick with chewy.com they are upfront and fast delivery.

I ordered my pet's prescription food. On PetFlow's website it shows that the food is changing the names of their prescription food. My vet wrote that the new food name was not correct, but the old food name is what my dog needed. So, my order was denied. I was not contacted to let me know this. No one contacted my vet to clarify that this was actually the same food, but a different name. I had to make multiple calls to walk PetFlow, their pharmacy and my vet through the process to get my food. It took around 1 1/2 weeks to receive my food and by then my pet had run out.

I had to redo my order 4 times and had to call 3 -5 times. It took almost a month from when I placed my original order to when I finally got my prescription.

I was going away on vacation and had asked PETFLOW to hold my shipment till I returned so the dog food would not be sitting out in the rain. I received confirmation from PETFLOW that they would change the shipping date. I then received confirmation from the shipping company that they delivered the packages. I emailed PETFLOW to ask why didn't they change the date like they said and I was told they changed the "NEXT" shipping date!! They gave me a $10 credit for a $200+ order!! Will not be doing business with them in the near future...

That way their checkout is set up is deceiving. You type in a coupon and then it subtotals the amount. As you scroll down to select other options like delivery, one-time, automatic, etc....you no longer can see your subtotal. When I clicked on one-time and not automatic, the checkout removes the coupon and you don't know that the price just went back up to the original price. The amount is on top of the screen and you no longer see the dollar amount. Then at checkout when it's too late, you realize you just got charged the full amount. It doesn't ask you for a final review like other websites. I immediately contacted customer service and asked them to cancel the transaction and they said they couldn't. I thought that was strange considering I just placed the order and the dog food didn't even leave the warehouse yet. I asked them if they could give me another coupon code and they said they couldn't give me a coupon code and that I just need to look out for another one next time. I asked if she could ask the manager what they could do since I would have ordered from another dog food company with a different coupon, but she said she could not help me. I told her I would not be ordering from them again. She seemed totally indifferent. Oh well. I won't be ordering from them again. Horrible customer service.
