i noticed a price increase this month.

Petflow is a good company with excellent customer service. However PetGuard, that Petflow sells; the brand that I buy for my cat has issues as the company after hurricane Katrina seems to have quality issues with the canned foods. I buy in cs quantities and I am disappointed that my cat just walks away after sniffing the food. I bought the second time ( it is expensive) that has April manufacturing date and it was not any better.

Poor packaging again. My latest Acana order has a open packaging again. As I mentioned before, the quality of the brown package is so poor. I do have the picture this time when I received the package.

Order arrived on time, but without all of the items ordered. Instead, I received a message that an item was out of stock after I had been charged for it. Inventory management seems to be a problem and casts doubt on my using them again in the future.

It really bothered me that I had to spend a minimum of $20.00 just to get delivery of 2 pkgs. of bones. Then it took almost two weeks for shipping.

Ordering and delivery is fine, last 4 or so deliveries have come with multiple damaged/dented cans.

Prices are always going up very frustrating since this is the only website that will deliever the brand i have to get for my dogs.

Petflow is great, but their shipping speed is hit or miss. This was ordered on a Friday evening and was not received until Thursday. Other times shipping is 2 days.
