The website is easy to use and my package arrived on time. I ordered a 25lb bag of dog food and two 3 oz bags of dog treats. All items arrived in one box with the bags of treats crushed under the 25lb dog food. Most of the dog treats were crushed into small pieces/powder.

Shipping should be better, I hate when my shipping date always always always gets pushed back.

I was given a code to use for free treats. I used the code when I made my purchase however, I never received the treats. Of course they could have fallen out of the box considering one end was open. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😔

PetFlow charges a higher delivery price than Chewy's for orders less than $49.

Poor delivery service. This is not against PetFlow, but the company they use to deliver. Fed Ex could not deliver 50 lbs of dog food when delivery people had delivered a refrigerator, dishwasher roofing materials, etc. all in the time that Fed Ex supposedly tried 3x to deliver.

The orders are punctual and correct. For that I would give 5 stars. The site is easy to manage. My only complaint is that this is my second order where the kitty litter box was damaged and I had an immediate mess to contend to.

Website is user-friendly, prices are good, and shipping is prompt. However, several cans of wet food (dog) arrived with dents. A few of the cans were dented to the point where the integrity of the seal was compromised and I had to throw out the cans.
