While I like dealing with PetFlow for my dogs regular food, trying to order a Veterinary prescribed food was a nightmare. I will never attempt to do it again. There was a lot of time wasted, the pharmacy they are using is a nightmare to deal with and made false statements to me in an email. I ended up going a different route as a result.

The bag had holes in it and dog food was all in the box. What a waste. Also, the expiration date is only 2 months away so what little was left in the bag will be thrown in the trash in 2 months. This is not the first or even the second time that this has happened. If it happens one more time I will be forced to order my pet foods elsewhere.

I ordered from PetFlow because the company from which I'd bought dog food discontinued the brand I use. I have a couple of hunting dogs, and choice of high-quality food matters to me (to the dogs, too.) My first bag of kibble arrived broken open in the box. I called customer service. The person I spoke to was helpful and efficient and sent another package to me without charging me for it. That was great. I suggested that the bag be packed more securely in the cardboard box, perhaps using packing paper, which can be recycled. The new package arrived undamaged, good, but loose in the box. I appreciate the company sending a replacement, but I wish the food were packaged more securely. I use auto-ship and expect to continue to patronize PetFlow, but I think more care in packaging would be better and more efficient than having to replace a damaged shipment.

The product was just what I wanted and not near so expensive as other sellers. However, the shipping was extremely slow.

There was shipping damaged to approximately 10 cans, that caused them to open, which I had to throw away. These were not packed as well as they should’ve been.

Selection is hit and miss. I was able to find products I was looking for that were not on other sites but other items I’ve found everywhere were not here.

I ordered dry cat food, and 2 days after ordering, I was alerted that it would have to come from another warehouse, so I had to wait seveal additional days to get the food. I didn't have enough, so I had to buy from Chewy since they deliver in 1-2 days, so I ended up having to spend a lot of money this month on dry cat food. If I would have known how long it would take I would not have ordered from Petflow this month, and waited till the next month and given myself the extra time that might be necessary. I always ordered with Chewy, but I was excited about the cost savings with Petflow. If I would have been notified at the shpping point of the order, I could gave made a different decision.
