I ordered dog food from your company 2 weeks ago haven’t received it yet. From now on I will drive 90 miles both ways and have it the same day for the same price. Just because the shipping is free doesn’t mean my dogs stop getting hungry. Bad business

Not much of a selection but the main company I buy my pet supplies from stopped carrying my dogs food so I order it from here. Shipping is always very slow, sometimes over a week which isn't helpful when you are running low on your pets food.

Dog food was made in a different place than stated on the website. Another order for dog food that's supposed to vacuum sealed was not vacuum sealed. Unhappy but wasn't worth complaining. Can't cancel autoship from the website. Would not have started if I had known that before. Will look for somewhere else to get my pet food.

Package arrived semi crushed causing two cans to open. Sauce all over the place....... I initially laughed when I saw the "fragile" sticker. I thought they are cans, how could they break? Geesh was I wrong.

I Ordered on my Ipad an item as shown on the Petflow site on my Ipad. The item received was not what I ordered but a nee improved version of the product which I did not want. I return the order with an RMA label. So far I have not seen my $93 credit back to my visa. Waiting to receive my credit due. Thank you, Joan

I can get the pet food that I always get at a pet store at a cheaper or equal price. So I only order from you when I can get a min of 10% off. If not, I just go to store.
