Hands down the best online pet store! So convenient shipping is fast and the best food for your cats and dogs! I used to buy from another online store, but they stopped carrying the food I buy. Luckily I found pet flow! I refer all my find and family.

I am pleased with my orders from PetFlow. My only complaint is with the delivery service you use. My last order was trashed, relabeled and taped together. My Buddy Biscuits were crushed.

Good customer service, will beat most prices. Shipping problems most of the time due to bad packaging.

All is good on this site -- EXCEPT each time I place an order it's only after that order is placed that I get a discount offer. It pisses me off every time.

Ordered dry dog food and package was open and expired. They sent me new food really quick but it was expired too. 3d time I finally got good package. Over all good service!

I have had a good experience with Pet Flow; large assortment of products and very competitive pricing and fast delivery. But over this past year I have noticed that a number brands and or products are no longer available. The site does not make it clear if the issue is with the manufacture or it's an issue re negotiations. It would be helpful if Pet Flow would either delist the products and or provide info as to when the product would be available

Excellent customer service once someone called back. Never received first order even though FedEx said it had been delivered.PetFlow promptly shipped a replacement order Monday which we did receive by calling FedEx directly and telling them to make sure the driver put the package on our porch, not at the mailboxes on the main road. PetFlow has been fine. My suggestion is to maybe look at another shipping company. UPS has always delivered on time and have never lost a package for me.
