My only complaint is with the delivery carrier. Fed Ex is oftentimes changing the delivery date. My last delivery was changed 4 times by the day it arrived. But otherwise I think PetFlow does a very fine job!

Petflow is amazing! Online easy to order, fast shipping. Would of gave five stars but my last two times, I placed order my dog food cans have been shipped dented..

Good selection but shipping could be faster and packing a bit better. Boxes often arrive chewed up with tape ripped. I've yet to have anything missing but it's only a matter of time.

I have been happy with how quickly we receive our dog food we order. Unfortunately our last order was the wrong food and it has happened once before. The problem was taken care of quickly. Also, how come we who don’t have autoship never get to take advantage of sales and special offers?
