Petflow has it's shipping problems but they always take care of you and make the order right. It is just a pain to have to make a phone call when all your items don't arrive, nevertheless, customer service has always replaced the missing items quickly. I usually shop with a coupon so their prices are very competitive. We recommend Petflow!

I love ordering through this company I Jsut feel for as frequently as I order they should have a rewards program. Everywhere I’ve purchased before does. The only reason I’m not buying in store is because the nearest pet store that carries the dog food we need is an hour away from our new military base.

Great product and love the ability to place my orders on an auto delivery plan. My only complaint is that I purchased two bags each time of the Natural Balance dog treats and too often they come broken in many pieces because of the way they are shipped

I don't discredit you because of the time of year, but it did take an exceptionally long period of time to arrive when you compare it to Chewy who's always here next day or within two.

The PetFlow web site is improving however, I still would like to see the option to cancel an auto-ship order rather than having to call in to speak with someone. Having to call in doesn't make it convenient for customers. However, customer service is fairly good when speaking to customers but lack basic or general reading skills when replying to emails and comprehending what customers are explaining.
