Fast shipping, good prices and very convenient (that gets the two stars) but I noticed that the bag that was delivered was patched. It was most definitely eaten by a rodent and then patched and sold at full price. I never would purchase food for my dog that was eaten through by a rodent. This really makes me question this companies quality control.

I ordered food 1/21, it never shipped until 1/25, arrived 1/26 (that part was good), never got a shipping notice email until 1/28, 2 days after the food had already arrived. I had 2 live chats on-line + a phone call telling them how urgently I needed this new food for my sick cat but still there was quite a delay between order and ship date. I will admit that I was initially told they needed to contact my vet for an Rx but I was told that would be done by 1/23 & the food would ship same day but they didn't talk to my vet until 1/24 & the food didn't ever get shipped until 1/25 which I feel is very poor on their part since I had repeatedly contacted them regarding the urgency of the situation. I'm unhappy and will not use this company again.

As a mom of 2 teens and 2 golden retrievers ~ my time is valuable. Dog food / treat etc delivered to my door sounds very ideal when I'm running around most the time in 10 different directions. Unfortunately, I'm a first time user and it didn't work out well for us. Our order took 9 days or more to be delivered and every time I went to check the status it said, " one day left " over and over. It was very frustrating. I eventually ended up going to the store because we were running out of food. Something that I thought would be a great convenience turned out not to be so great. I won't be using PF again. I may try another place that guarantees delivery. I think that's the best way to go. Live and learn.

I received the right merchandise but in the wrong quantities, e.g., seven cases of food rather than eight, six bags of treats rather than three.

Not much help with a puppy food problem

Every time I order from them it takes over a week to get my delivery (sometimes almost 2 weeks). It always seems to come from the East Coast via sloth, apparently. Other such website, such as Chewy, get my deliveries to me within a day or two at no extra charge. Guess who I'll be using more often???

You entice the customer to make a purchase with a 15% coupon. But when I attempt to apply the coupon, message states coupon is expired.

I ordered cat food that required vet approval. After almost 2 weeks of not hearing anything and not receiving the product i finally emailed the company. The said the vet still hadn't approved the request (news to me). I had to drive to my vet, watch them approve the request and the get back in touch with the company to get it shipped. In the meanwhile i'm out of cat food and the cats can't eat anything commercial off the shelf. Terrible experience, i won't be back.
