Too soon to review this company. My first order was correct and timely, but not all website actions can be performed online (need to call) and setting up an account was time-consuming. Now that my account is in place and I receive future orders, I will be able to review more accurately.

Found same food in local mom and pop feed n garden for $69.

Your products are great and do are your prices. Love the free shipping and I was very glad to get a quick response when not all of my order came it but your web site is terrible. Another email asked me to review seresto but when I logged in to the site it would not let me review. I have had trouble logging into this site on many other occasions. Would love to give you a great review with 5 stars but this is frustrating.

Slow delivery. I ran out of dog food and had to shop locally. Almost a week. Disappointed.

I Enter a coupon for free toy and free treat and I didn’t get them

Some of Petflow is awesome! WHEN the coupons/discounts work, they are a good price and value. However they like to be tricky, and sometimes they don't work on everything. Some of Petflow is troublesome. I am extremely irritated that I cannot cancel my Autoship online. It just says to contact them and they will solve my problem. Well my problem is it won't let me cancel it! I've purchased my dog's food from Petflow for years, and they are usually very good. But now that I tried Autoship and cannot cancel it, I'm not sure what to say overall.
