Great prices. User friendly website. My bully Remi loves her interaction toys definitely will be ordering more. Only complaint is shipping took almost two weeks, I understand due to the Covid19 shipping is taking a little longer however these where Easter toys for my girl and they arrived 4 days after Easter.

I really like the service and products. I only gave 4 stars because I tried to use a discount code on my last order, but this code was rejected because it only applied to repeat shipments. I looked over the e-mail carefully, but did not see this disclaimer. If I am correct, this ad was deceptive.

One of the dog food bags had been cut and some of the dog food was loose in the box, not happy about that. If it happens again, I'll buy from somewhere esle!

Petflow was great. Fedex was very, very bad! It ordered April 6, 2020. Item received April 14, 2020. Unacceptable.

This is our first experience with PetFlow and ordering prescription food for our kittens. The order was for Feline Dental Care dry food, which we had trouble obtaining from the national brand pet stores. Some pet stores did have limited supply, but under todays circumstance who wants to drive 20 + miles to a pet store. The food ws ordered from Pet Flow and within a couple of days they indicated that approval had been obtained from the Feline Dental associates, however the food was on back order and there would be a delay. Today, less that a week later the 3 bags of prescription cat food arrived. Thank you.

PetFlow is very convenient to use, and my first orders were delivered the next day to my great surprise and delight. The cost is slightly higher than some stores sell pet products for, but that isn't worth the time and trouble of driving to a store to buy cat food and litter and hauling them into the house from the car. That's much more trouble than finding my order on my front porch in a day or so from the time I place my order.

I am pleased with the products and I appreciate the reliability that Pet Flow sends them directly to my home. It is appreciated. More important I believe my precious DIA enjoys the food itself. Thanks

Product was available when others did not have it. It was delivered quickly. However it was more expensive than my normal supplier.
