Honestly the first guy told me that I would not get charged for shipping & he also mentioned I would get a discount since this is my first time buying & again I was charged full. I spoke to 3 different people and the last one finally gave me a refund which I'm still waiting on..

Takes way to long after placing an order for your stuff to arrive ... CHEWY WAS SO MUCH BETTER 48 hours it was at your door same price !!!!

Im a little unhappy with the communication process of PetFlow. I ordered my dogs Royal Canin prescription food and I was in need of it asap. According to my account on PetFlow it was in the process of being shipped. Days later I still never received any update so I decided to call them. The woman told me that it was taking long because my vet didn't approve the prescription. I told her to please check her notes bc I already spoke to my vet days prior and she faxed back the prescription and everything was verified on both ends. She put me on hold for a few minutes and then preceded to tell me the reason it wasn't sent out was bc her food was on back order till further notice. I said why wouldn't someone contact me. If I had known this was the case I would have figured out another food to order from Royal Canin that was equivalent to hers. I was out of food for days bc of this. I was very upset with how they conducted business. The next day I received an email to notify me that the food was on back order and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I feel that this email should have been sent as soon as they found out about this issue. I shouldn't have been the one to inquire in order for them to tell me that info!

Very poor communication and disorganization. I placed my first order with petflow.com, and it was cancelled without any notification. I received an order confirmation email, and after a little over a week of placing my order I emailed them to follow up since I haven't received any shipments. They emailed me back stating the below: "In a day and age where credit card fraud is a serious threat, we take measures to ensure the security of our customers' confidential information and to prevent fraudulent activity. Regrettably, our fraud prevention team is suggesting that we do not fulfill this order. We're terribly sorry for any inconvenience, please reach out with questions or concerns." While I understand that fraud prevention is a necessity in this day & age, I believe that they should have notified me regarding this matter...an email, or a phone call to verify the purchase...but instead I was left hanging. Very disappointed!
