I order Fromm canned dog food from Petflow. More often than not half the cans arrive at my home smashed. Some are so bad the dog food is leaking out of the can. I have had some dog food replaced in the past, but was tired of reporting the problem. The most recent order was for four 12 packs of Fromm pate dog food and about 20 of the cans were smashed.

It takes too long to receive the dog food. I keep having to shorten the time between deliveries. 2x I had to run up to a local store to buy food. I used to use Chewy and it was about 2 days. Yours is taking about a week to process.

The prices are very high, so that's a big issue. Also, the delivery person put my package in a place I have marked not to use.

I absolutely hate the 2fa to order dog food, and the lack of product, which I first engaged with this company for. Because of this; I have already selected another company for the bully/pizzle sticks, and I will probably go elsewhere for the freeze dried food. I see Amazon has competitive prices for the same product.

Love the products - shipping cost not so much.

I got another shipment that I did not order. That's okay because I will use it.

I was given the option to get a call back while on hold. Never received a return call. Also. Your shipping takes too long.

Offer more sales like $10 off $100 order. Have items in stock.
