I ordered my grooming table 8 days ago and it's still not shipped and is awaiting pickup 'from the carrier'

I ordered a 700.00 dryer in November and I am told it will arrive in February! Meanwhile the $700+ is repeatedly pending in my bank account debited/credited over and over and now in January it is being debited/credited 2x for a total of $1400+. Its crazy and customer service does absolutely nothing to communicate about this they seem to have absolutely no care to respond to my several email inquiries about it or to communicate as a courtesy as to why the lengthy shipping date. Extremely unprofessional behavior for such a large company. Perhaps they’re become too large to care about their customers. After 30 years in business ordering from them this will be the last. Too risky 1/5/26 Thank You for your response Petedge. I checked all of my email folders and I am not receiving your responses.,can you address the double 705.00 (1410.00) current authorization from my account?

Hi there, we did review your account and did receive your one email on 12/19/25 @ 12:31am and we did respond to your email on 12/19/25 @ 10:15am as we don't delete or remove any emails. Our Support team let you know that it authorizes weekly to ensure the auth is good when Double K is ready to ship their dryer. We do realize that Double K takes longer and their dryers are definitely worth the wait, and it states this on the website that the dryer is delayed until February even at the time of you ordering. Double K dryers are in high demand and do take longer to ship that's why we always list the dates on our website. If you're not receiving our emails, please let us know as our IT can locate any emails that could've bounced back to us and if that happens you just need to put us on the safe list or look in your spam. We also looked for your phone number in our call center logs and didn't see that either. We absolutely do respond to our customers, and definitely only have one email from you and emailed you back and explained why you're being auth'd. If you would like the email that was original sent to you resent, please let us know and you will see the date and time that we did communicate to you. We apologize that you think we are avoiding any responsibilities to you as a long-term customer, but that's simply not correct. All of our customers are important to us, and we absolutely respond, and are great with communication. We take our customer service seriously and as a smaller business we strive to meet and exceed your needs. I ordered a set of wide comb attacments and the case they were in came broken. The top is cracked and one of the tabs is completely broken off

I didnt get to review the total cost of my order or enter the promo code. The pages were too confusing to navigate properly and I ended up paying more than necessary as I was attempting to shop for the best deal and the order got finalized before I could confirm.

Honestly extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I reached out twice to their support email regarding the fact that it took longer to get my order shipped than what was promised on their FAQs and I was unable to track my order once it was finally shipped, and even though I did get my order, I never got a reply to my emails regarding customer service questions I had. I would be ordering from here again.
