My blanket is amazing- the revision process was not easy. I’m happy with the final product

At first was skeptical, I always am when purchasing from a new site for the first time; I paid an extra $10 in order to receive as an upcoming bday present for my mom. At first I was perturbed at customer service for “being unable to give a tracking number” for my shipment. After two and a half weeks I received the blanked and was more than thrilled with the results, literally the softest blanket and the picture came out clearly and identical to my Mr Steven! Will be ordering again in the future; if I could afford to, I would purchase one for everyone I know.

Although I expected my order to arrive much sooner than it did, I am very happy with my purchase.

There was a mix up with the background colour of my case I contacted them and they sorted it ASAP and offered to send the right one for a discounted price

Good experience, happy with end result. Customer service responses pretty quick via email. Shipping took awhile but I guess that’s the new norm with COVID.

Despite having to wait almost two months for my order due to mailing issues .... it was worth the wait! I love my blanket. The quality is great and it’s a lot softer than I expected. I had a great experience ordering with Petcanva. My one and only wish would be a bit quicker however the product came out exactly how I wanted so I understand the wait and it was well worth it!!
